Designed for grown-up, sexy ladies! These are fast-paced fun, flirty work outs. Great for fitness and self-confidence. Try our Pole-Fit, Lap-Fit and Twerk-Fit! These high-intensity classes give you all of the scandalous moves that you are craving in your fitness regimen. Tone your arms, shoulders, back, thighs and abdomen! Classes are women-only, aged 18+.

BARRE FITNESS
