Important Information Regarding Customer Service Concerns

Dear Dance 411 Supporters and Friends,

As most people’s lives in Georgia and across the country are clearly being affected by COVID-19 Coronavirus concerns, Dance 411 is committed to providing a safe environment for our community.  Our intent is to follow the fast-changing governmental recommendations and/or guidelines surrounding COVID-19 Coronavirus concerns as they are released to the public.

We understand that almost everyone may financially suffer as a result of COVID-19, and our business, administrative team, staff, and their families are suffering as well.  Please read this important message regarding the servicing of our beloved Dance 411 community.

We are asking our members, patrons, and families for your understanding and support at this time… particularly with monthly membership matters, all financial matters, and refund requests.  Your continued financial support is needed so that we may keep from hemorrhaging our small business account… which will be critical to our current plans for enhancing online classes and events, at-home learning programs for our youth and adult members, and reopening of on-site services. Many of our families have even asked us for credits for future services and NOT to process any refunds for them, in support of us as a small business.  How our community comes together for each other is inspiring.

REGARDING CURRENT SERVICE OFFERINGS FOR OUR MEMBERS AND PATRONS

Dance 411 will not conduct any on-site classes or events until further notice. Our locations are closed currently to the public, and our limited customer support staff is currently working remotely off-site.  At this time, we are working to continue servicing our patrons online, and currently preparing our business services and offerings to adapt to the current state of our environment.  We are enhancing our processes to help better serve our members during these times of uncertainty.

We are asking for our patrons to please maintain their current monthly memberships plans knowing that we are in the process of adaptation of our services to online platforms, and adding new ones to support or exceed the value of your membership.  We really need our continued member financial support to help Dance 411 and it’s team to relaunch in an amazing way. Don’t worry… if you maintain your membership during dates closed for public operations, we intend to apply equivalent rewards and credits for you, our strongest supporters.

FOR PRE-PAID REGISTRANTS OF:

  • PREVIOUSLY CANCELED EVENTS & CLASSES
  • UPCOMING AND/OR PENDING EVENTS

Any requests for account credits and transfers for past or future events and classes will be addressed as soon as possible by our currently-limited support staff.

All upcoming on-site scheduled events, parties, studio rentals, rehearsals, camps, intensives, classes and lesson series will be postponed until a later date as determined on COVID-19 threat levels and our return to on-site operations.

In order to maintain enough cash flow for our basic expenses necessary to handle your customer servicing an support concerns, we must handle requests for account credits and transfers first, before we are able to efficiently handle any refund requests. It is our intent to reopen as soon as possible for operations and rescheduling of events and classes for you to redeem the value of your pre-paid services.
