Anggie Pope is the Dance 411 Youth Programs Administrator and is an instructor and coordinator for Dance 411’s fitness programs. She’s lived in Atlanta for over 23 years and is a graduate in engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She started her career in fitness while in college, training her friends and teaching group fitness during her undergraduate studies. After realizing she has a passion for fitness, she traded in her engineering career to help people live healthier lives.
Anggie has worked in fitness for over 20 years… teaching adult and youth fitness classes, and training young athletes. She has also coordinated kids Summer camps. In 2012, Anggie wanted to contribute back to her industry by further sharing her knowledge, so she began teaching other professionals on how to become Personal Fitness Trainers with the National Personal Training Institute, where she also received her diploma. She is a certified personal trainer with NASM and ISSA.
